Waterproofing Chimneys
    • Install a chimney cap to keep out the rain (over time water is a chimney's
       worst enemy)
    • Applying a 100% vapor permeable water sealant is recommended for all   
       brick and stone chimneys
    • The vapor permeable chemical allows the masonry to breathe which means         water cannot get in but water vapor can be released
    • A non-vapor permeable water sealant should not be used and chimneys
       should not be painted because the vapors cannot escape
    • Our waterproofing products have a 10 year warranty
